Please read the Covid-19 Terms & Conditions for Fox Cub Photography and then complete the questionnaire below. Your photoshoot will not go ahead until you have read and agreed the T&Cs and completed the questionnaire.

• From the 19th July 2021, masks are no longer mandatory. I will still wear a mask or visor depending on the photoshoot but you can choose if you would like to wear one.

• I will do everything I can to reduce any risk as much as I can. I have always been very safe, and many of the precautions I use will not change, however I am adding more safety measures into my session.

• On arrival, you will be asked to use the hand sanitiser provided when you first enter. There will be an additional hand sanitiser which will available at all times for your own use, in the studio.

• I will use alcohol gel before the session begins and regularly through out the session

• I will be wearing a visor to greet yourself and your baby. Face masks will be worn at all times during newborn sessions. 

• Social distancing will take place for all photoshoots where possible

• Clients are to provide their own snacks and refreshments and take them home and any rubbish with them after the session.

• All soft blankets and props will be bagged and washed after a session. All hard props (baskets, bowls etc) will be cleaned with an antibacterial and antiviral cleaner.

• After every photoshoot, the studio will be deep cleaned and the studio will be aired out.

• Fresh, clean clothes will be worn for every photoshoot.

• Sibling poses during Newborn shoots will go ahead but will be taken first. Once family poses have been taken, one parent must take the older sibling home or to a local park for the remainder of the photoshoot. This is standard practice.

• If you or anyone in your household shows any of the symptoms of Covid-19, or if you think you may have been exposed in the last 14 days, we will postpone your session. 

• If you show symptoms after our photoshoot, you must contact me within 24 hours.

• If I, or anyone in my household shows any symptoms of Covid-19, or if I think I may have been exposed in the last 14 days we will postpone our session.

• If I begin to show symptoms after our photoshoot, I will contact you within 24 hours.

• If you decide that you do not want to go ahead at this time, you may delay your newborn session for any other age-appropriate session you choose at any time over the next 12 months.

• While every safety precaution is taken to minimise risk, by placing a booking Client accepts that Fox Cub Photography will not be held responsible for any infection of COVID-19 after Clients session of any kind
